Dr. Mayar is Vice Dean for Community Service & Environmental Development and Head of the Marketing & Innovation Department at the Egyptian Chinese University, alongside her role as Associate Professor of Marketing.

Her expertise spans leadership development, entrepreneurship, marketing, human resources, learning and development, personal branding, public speaking, innovation and AI-enabled learning. She has designed and delivered learning experiences for thousands of professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, educators, postgraduate learners and emerging leaders across universities, corporations, government entities and professional development programs.

As Founder and Manager of AlAthar Charitable Foundation, she is actively engaged in community development and social-impact initiatives, reflecting her belief that leadership should translate into meaningful contribution to society.

Her national and international recognition includes being named among Egypt’s Top 50 Inspirational Women and being ranked by Favikon among leading educational content creators and business-school leaders.
